We had an amazing stay at a cozy hostel in a great location. Our host, Sasa, was extremely helpful and provided us with a map highlighting all the must-see attractions in the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool during the hot summer days. The spacious bathrooms were a pleasant surprise, and there was even a common area with a kitchen for us to use. Despite the road works in the area, we were still able to easily access the hostel. we highly recommend Musala for its friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Although there were a few minor issues, like slightly hard beds and wobbly benches, overall, it was one of the best youth hostels I've stayed at. The accommodation seemed a bit improvised, as I had booked a private room but ended up in a different type of room that didn't match the photos I had seen online. the directions to the hotel were misleading, as relying on Google Maps sent me in the wrong direction initially.

Perfect location, close to train and bus stations and also to the city center. the bed was very comfortable and the room had great A/C. the host was really accommodating and easy-going, creating a friendly atmosphere. the patio area outside was lovely for eating and hanging out.

I had an absolutely mind-blowing stay at this hostel! As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed with a warm cup of coffee and given a map of the area. The rooms were incredibly clean and the entire house had a cozy atmosphere. The beds were jaw-droppingly comfortable, with the softest blankets and duvets I've ever experienced. The host went above and beyond by allowing me to stay in the house all day after check-out, making sure I felt warm and comfortable, despite the rainy and cold weather. The location was incredibly convenient, within walking distance of major attractions and the bus station. my stay at this hostel was absolutely perfect!
