We had an amazing stay at a cozy hostel in a great location. Our host, Sasa, was extremely helpful and provided us with a map highlighting all the must-see attractions in the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool during the hot summer days. The spacious bathrooms were a pleasant surprise, and there was even a common area with a kitchen for us to use. Despite the road works in the area, we were still able to easily access the hostel. we highly recommend Musala for its friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location.

I recently stayed at a lovely hostel in a great location. The owner was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. He even offered me fresh coffee every morning. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Although there were a few minor issues, like slightly hard beds and wobbly benches, overall, it was one of the best youth hostels I've stayed at. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The host was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns. They provided useful information about transportation and were always available to help with any inquiries. the common spaces were really enjoyable, both indoors and outdoors. The beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful, providing a great way to relax after a long day. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the train and bus stations as well as the old town.
The accommodation seemed a bit improvised, as I had booked a private room but ended up in a different type of room that didn't match the photos I had seen online. the directions to the hotel were misleading, as relying on Google Maps sent me in the wrong direction initially.

The hostel has comfortable beds, powerful showers, and a well-equipped kitchen. Its location is perfect, close to both the train and bus stations as well as the old town. I highly recommend staying at Musala if you want a cozy and personalized experience.
